Account Opening Forms
To open an account with FFI:
Before you start using FFI Trade Station you need to download the
following documents & forms:
Customer Agreement
Deposit Funds Form
Credit
Request Form
Money
Transfer Form
Withdrawal
Form
To activate the account please send us the documents you
download following pages either via Fax: +18669210825 or scan the
documents and email to
info@fastforexinvestment.com :
- Customer Account Agreement;
- Copy of your passport certified from a certifying officer as a true
copy of the original;
- Proof of the address (P.O. Box is not enough), i.e. recent utility
bill, Bank Statement or any other official document confirming that the
address provided is correct. Please note that in the Customer Account
Application you should write your full style address (country, city,
area, street, house number, name of the building).
- Copy of the bank transfer slip;
- Confirmation Letter.
For Clients intending to deposit funds over $15,000:
Please provide us, in addition to the documentation above, a letter of
reference from a Financial Institution, an Accountant or an Embassy.
Please note:
After we confirm to you that copies of the documents you sent us are
filled correctly the full set of the original signed documents has to be
mailed within 14 days to our office.
